At Altar Perfumes, we are committed to delivering your fragrance orders safely and on time. To ensure a smooth and reliable shipping experience, we partner with trusted courier and logistics providers across India through Velocity Shipping.

Shipping Partners

Our orders are shipped via reliable courier partners, including but not limited to:

• Blue Dart

• Delhivery

• Other trusted logistics partners

Shipping Timelines

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible across India.

• Prepaid Orders: Delivered within 4 to 5 business days

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Delivered within 5 to 6 business days

Please note: COD orders may require an additional day for order verification via call or message before dispatch.

Order Processing

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details.

Order Dispatch

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details so you can monitor the delivery status of your shipment.

Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

• COD Orders: A small additional charge may apply to Cash on Delivery orders to cover handling and verification costs.

Delivery & Address Information

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address, contact number, and pincode are accurate and complete at the time of placing the order. Altar Perfumes will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, we recommend contacting the courier partner directly to arrange re-delivery or pickup, where applicable.

COD Order Verification

To ensure secure order processing and reduce fraudulent orders, all COD orders are subject to mandatory verification.

• Our team may contact you via call or message within 24 hours of order placement.

• If we are unable to verify the order within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled automatically.

Delivery Restrictions

Serviceable Pincodes

We currently deliver to most pincodes across India. However, some remote or restricted locations may have limited courier service availability.

If your pincode is not serviceable, our team will inform you and assist with the next possible solution.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Weather disruptions

• Natural disasters

• Transport strikes

• Public holidays

• Courier operational delays

• High order volume during sales or festive periods

In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed about your order status.

International Shipping

At present, Altar Perfumes ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
